By enrolling in Speeki Ai’s programs and using our services, including our app and other digital platforms, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth learning experience and to protect both parties. Please read them carefully.
General Guidelines
- Course Enrollment: Admission to any course at Speeki Ai is subject to availability and the submission of accurate personal details during the registration process. Students must read and acknowledge the confirmation email sent during the admission process.
- Eligibility: Students must meet the age and proficiency requirements specified for each course. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they meet these criteria before enrollment.
- Conduct: Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward faculty, staff, and peers. Any form of misconduct, including disruptive behavior, harassment, or dishonesty, may result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
Attendance and Participation
- Mandatory Attendance: A minimum of 80% attendance is required to qualify for course completion and certification. Attendance will be tracked through digital or manual logs.
- Leave Policy:
- Planned leave must be notified to faculty in advance via email or the app’s leave request feature.
- Emergency leaves must be communicated within 24 hours. For medical emergencies, students must provide a valid medical certificate.
- Batch Transfers: Batch transfers are generally not allowed once the course begins. Exceptions may be made in extreme circumstances at the discretion of management, subject to a transfer fee and provision of valid documentation.
- Class Engagement: Active participation in all sessions, including assignments, practice activities, and discussions, is mandatory. Students are encouraged to stay proactive and ask questions to enhance their learning experience. Optimal results depend on the student’s commitment and accountability.
Course Materials and App Usage
- Access to Materials: Course materials, including PDFs, video lectures, and other resources, are proprietary to Speeki Ai. These materials are provided solely for personal use and must not be shared, copied, or redistributed to third parties without prior written permission.
- App Usage:
- Students must download and use the Speeki Ai app as part of their course.
- The app is for individual use only, and credentials must not be shared with others.
- Class Recordings: Recorded sessions, if provided, are for personal review purposes only. These recordings must not be distributed, uploaded, or used for any commercial purpose.
Communication and Feedback
- Official Communication Channels: Speeki Ai will use official WhatsApp groups, emails, and the app’s notification system to communicate important updates. Students are required to monitor these channels regularly.
- Group Etiquette: Students must refrain from posting irrelevant or promotional content in official WhatsApp groups. Misuse of these platforms may result in removal from the group.
- Feedback: Constructive feedback is encouraged and can be submitted via email or the app’s feedback feature. Complaints or issues should be raised promptly for timely resolution.
- Acknowledgment of Communication: Students must acknowledge emails and messages sent during the admission process and throughout the course.
Convocation and Testimonials
- Mandatory Attendance: Attendance at the convocation ceremony is an integral part of the program. Students must participate unless valid reasons are communicated in advance.
- Testimonials: Upon course completion, students are required to provide a video or text testimonial detailing their learning experience. These testimonials may be used for promotional purposes, including on Speeki Ai’s social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.
Data Submission and Privacy
- Personal Information: Students must submit accurate personal information, including a recent photo, during enrollment. Misrepresentation of information may lead to termination of services and potential legal action.
- Data Privacy: Speeki Ai is committed to protecting student data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Course-related data, including class recordings and assignments, must not be shared externally without prior consent. Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment Terms:
- All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of classes unless a specific installment plan has been agreed upon.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension from classes.

Limitation of Liability

- Speeki Ai’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the student. The institution is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
